Kate Middleton owns a pair of brown suede boots from Gianvito Rossi.
They feature a large block heel, pointed toe and side zipper. The Princess debuted the boots at a rugby match in November 2022. She’s worn them seven times in public, in total, to date.
Most recently, to visit Sebby’s Corner, a baby bank in Barnet, North London in November 2023.
Gianvito Rossi have confirmed they made the boots for the Princess. As far as I understand, they’re bespoke—a custom creation.

Kate’s boots are most similar to the ‘Glen’ style in Texas brown. Except, Kate boots have a pointed toe, not a rounded toe.
