Read about day one of the Royal Tour  here. Day two of the Royal Tour kicked off with a visit to The Social, a bar, restaurant and collaborative workspace in Mumbai. William and Kate toured the space and met with young entrepreneurs from the local area.  They were given demonstrations of various start-up ideas and enterprises. This evening, the Duchess of Cambridge hosted a reception for The Art Room charity at the National Portrait Gallery.  You might recall that Kate is patron of both organisations.  This evening's event marks the charity's 11th anniversary and the launch of its new fundraising initiative. As part of this year’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, The Duchess of Cambridge attended an event at the plush London department store Fortnum & Mason yesterday. Catherine accompanied the Queen and Camila, the Duchess of Cornwall; the royal trio spent an hour touring the store, before the Queen unveiled a plaque to commemorate the regeneration of the Piccadilly area. Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, attended the Order of the Garter Service at Windsor Castle today, arriving along with Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall. Kate was very well received, gaining applaud from the large crowd that had gathered hoping to get a glimpse of the future Queen.
