Back in 2009, Kate attended a number of polo matches with her then-boyfriend, Prince William.  She was pictured wearing long, silver dangly earrings by Patrick Mavros.  Today, as a member of the Royal Family, the Duchess still wears the designer’s jewellery. She recently debuted two new pairs of earrings by Patrick Mavros.

We have seen her wear four different pairs publicly. It’s also reported that she introduced the Countess of Wessex to the designer’s jewellery a few years ago too!
