Kate Middleton and Prince William were guests of honour at the ARK Charity Gala held on the 9th June 2011.
The Ark Gala dinner was William and Kate’s first official Royal engagement as a married couple. It’s certain to say that Kate stunned the crowds, wearing an ‘off the peg’ full length dress by Jenny Packham. On her Facebook page, Jenny Packham said:
“The Duchess of Cambridge attended the Annual Ark Charity Gala tonight wearing an ethereal gown by Jenny Packham. The Duchess selected the pearlescent rose sequin gown with Swarovski crystal from the SS11 catwalk collection”

Kate wore shoes from her favourite brand, L.K. Bennett, the Agata in Pink Rose. The shoe features the most beautiful bow at the ankle.
