On the 15th June 2014, the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) took Prince George to a polo match at the Cirencester Park Polo Club. They watched Prince William and team compete for the Jerudong Trophy. The match raised funds for the Centrepoint charity. You may recall that William is Royal Patron of the charity.
Baby Prince George appeared quite lively today, in some photographs you see can him crawling around.
Kate’s outfit:
Kate wore several pieces that we’re familiar with, including a blue and white Breton striped top from British brand ME+EM:
You may recall that Kate first wore it in Auckland, during on day five of the 2014 Royal Tour.
The shirt has a scoop neckline, three-quarter length sleeves and ruched detailing on the bottom hem. The flattering t-shirts are made from a Lyocell and cotton blend fabric.
As of July 2017, the company no longer stock the Breton stripe top – but they have released an updated version for the new season. The top appears to be identical except it has thicker stripes on the body and button detailing on the shoulders.
Here’s how ME+EM describe the top on their website:
Our perennially chic Breton tee has been updated for the new season, featuring wide stripes on the body and narrow stripes on the arm for a modern update. This tee is perfect for easy-to-wear dressing; for the weekend, for travel, for holiday. This is the time-tested wardrobe staple.
Kate paired the Breton top with a pair of blue jeans. Unfortunately, I do not have any information about these at present.
I do know that Kate wore her Sebago Bala boat shoes.
The boat shoes are a staple piece in her closet, she has worn them regularly since at least 2011. The hand sewn moccasins are crafted from premium full grain/suede leather and have a latex foam sole. The shoes are available from a number of outlets including:
Kate wore her Cartier Ballon Bleu watch. The stainless steel watch has blue hands, Roman numeral hour markers and a blue synthetic spinel cabochon. Kate wears the 33mm style.
Finally, Kate wore her Givenchy ‘Obsidian’ SGV 773 sunglasses.
