Kate loves a pair of pearl earrings. She added this pair to her collection recently, they’re by Simone Rocha. She first publicly wore the chunky earrings to film a video for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year awards in October 2020. Then, she wore them during 10 further public engagements. Most recently, to Wimbledon in July 2021.
A look at Kate in the Simone Rocha pearl earrings:

About the earrings:
The Simone earrings feature round faux pearls attached to chunky gold-tone metal curb-chain links.
Chunky curb-chain links bring a confident note to Simone Rocha’s gold-tone metal earrings. They’re adorned with round faux pearls – one of the designer’s signatures – and finished with post-back fastenings to hold them safely in place. Wear them above a ruffled cardigan for a contemporary take on opulent codes.

Buying the earrings:
The faux pearl and gold earrings retailed for $310 at matchesfashion.com. Unfortunately, they’d now sold out. (Try eBay?)
Faux pearls are one of Simone Rocha’s signatures! They feature throughout the designer’s earring collection. I’ve added a few to the widget at the bottom of this page.
