These special pieces were crafted by her jeweller cousin, Sophie McGown, honouring Issy’s memory.
In a conversation with Page Six, McGown expressed her awe, stating “it’s incredible.” Kate assured Issy’s mother, Sarah, that she would wear the earrings, choosing the significant occasion of World Mental Health Day to honour her promise.
