In August 2011, Kate Middleton wore a pair of Adidas Ignition 2 sneakers (trainers/running shoes) while strolling through Hollyrood Park in Edinburgh, hand-in-hand with Prince William. The then-Duchess paired the trainers with a pair of dark navy blue jeans and a purple Ralph Lauren cable knit sweater. (See photos here).
A few months later, in March 2012, Kate wore the trainers again during a meeting with the GB hockey teams at the Riverside Arena, at Olympic Park.
Since, photographers have snapped Kate wearing the sneakers on several occasions while out in the park with Prince George and Lupo.
