On Sunday September 22nd, both Kate and William were photographed on the Balmoral estate. The Prince was driving the pair to the church service at Crathie Kirk:
The Cambridges joined the Queen and Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall for the service. All the royal ladies were photographed wearing plaid/tartan coats for the service.
Kate’s outfit:
Kate was wearing a coat we’ve seen before, the Moloh ‘Workers Coat’. It’s 100% wool and comes in a blue and grey plaid print. It costs £425 and is now sold out in all sizes apart from UK6 (at the time of writing). Kate previously wore the coat on a trip to Scotland in April earlier this year.
From what we can see in the photos taken (more available here), Kate accessorised the coat with her black Silvia Fletcher for Lock & Co. Fairy Tale hat and a pair of Kiki McDonough Citrine Pear Drop earrings. Both the Lock & Co. hat and Kiki McDonough earrings are no longer available for purchase.
Noteworthy: New Zealand’s Prime Minister John Key (and family) stopped at Balmoral with the royal family this weekend. Kate and William will be touring Australia and New Zealand next year, and it’s now looking likely that Prince George will join the pair. According to the Daily Mirror, the Cambridges have already ordered a passport for the baby prince.
Mel says
She and William look cure together and I’m glad she’s spending time with his side of the family in such a relaxing setting. I love that hat she is wearing. I’m looking forward to the photo no one had seen since 1894 and I so hope we get one with prince Philip as well with little George.
