On January 8th 2012, Catherine and William attended the War Horse premiere in London, where Kate opted for a stunning black lace dress by designer Alice Temperley. This dress is known as the Amoret Lace Dress.
Here you can see the stunning dress on Kate:
The Amoret dress is made from French lace and is finished off with a removable waist belt, which features a cute bow. It features bracelet length sleeves and a keyhole closure on the back. The dress is finished with a nude-pink silk slip lining.
The dress itself is a real statement piece – it would look amazing worn with minimal accessories, to really showcase the dress.
Kate’s shoes and accessories:
Kate also carried her Pretty Ballerina clutch bag, last worn to the Sun Military Awards. It’s widely thought that Kate wore her Prada or Jimmy Choo Cosmic shoes with the dress – but it was hard to tell due to the length or the garment.
The War Horse Premiere:
The premiere was a fundraiser for The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry (since changed its name to “The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.”) Tickets for the event were reported to have cost £10,000.
