On 27 January 2026, Kate Middleton carried out a series of engagements across the north of England, focusing on the role creativity, community and nature can play in supporting mental health and wellbeing.

After spending time in Bradford and Wakefield, the Princess changed into a casual outfit for a visit to the Hope Valley in the Peak District. Here, she joined a supported wellbeing walk with Mind Over Mountains, a charity offering professional mental health support through therapeutic outdoor experiences.

The visit highlighted the organisation’s work combining movement, nature and expert guidance to help individuals manage mental health challenges in a calm, supportive setting.
