Kate Middleton wears Winser London’s Silk Bow Blouse in Soft Blue.
The Princess has worn the powder blue blouse once in public to date, to visit Northern Ireland in October 2022.
I found the blouse after extensive Google searching and emailed the brand to confirm. They didn’t get back in touch with me, but they did update their product copy with the words “worn by Catherine, Princess of Wales”! So we can be pretty confident on this identification.
