In 2011, the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) carried a glittering clutch bag a black-tie event held by BAFTA (the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles. It was the Jimmy Choo Ubai clutch.

About the Jimmy Choo Ubai clutch:
The rectangular clutch bag featured horizontal leather detailing on the front flap, and vertical leather detailing on the front and back, which forms a cross shape when the clutch is closed. The bag features gold-tone rivets and is finished with a metal plate stamped with the Jimmy Choo logo. Kate chose the bag in a glittery metallic fabric, though it was available in multiple other colours.
Net-A-Porter sold the clutch bag in metallic gold for $385 USD / £110 GBP. The company described it as “the perfect party companion.”
