In 2021, the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) attended the Ladies’ Finals at Wimbledon wearing a green mid-length dress by Emilia Wickstead.
Kate’s dress is bespoke. It looks like it’s a modified version of the Denver Dress from the designer’s ready-to-wear collection.
About the dress:
The green dress is made from cotton-polyester blend crepe fabric woven with a cloqu puckered texture. Both the ready-to-wear and Kate’s versions of the dress feature a mid-length pleated skirt, precise darting on the bodice and waist and a round neckline.
Kate’s bespoke dress has added darts at the bust and slightly puffed cap sleeves with a tuck. The ready-to-wear version is sleeveless.
