We first spotted Kate wearing the Bow Tie Pumps at the G7 Leaders Reception hosted at The Eden Project in 2021. She wore the shoes to a reception for The Big Lunch initiative at the same location later in the day.
We haven’t seen Kate wear the nude bow pumps since, but I think it’s very likely that she’ll choose them again in spring or summer this year.
