On October 13th 2011, Catherine and William attended a low key gala event in benefit of a Child Bereavement Charity, organised by the ‘100 Women in Hedge Funds‘ initiative.  The gala took place at St. James’s Palace.

Kate carried her gold glittering Wilbur and Gussie “Charlie” clutch bag.  The bag once sold at FarFetch.com, where it was described as follows:

Gold silk ‘Charlie’ clutch from Wilbur & Gussie featuring a front flap closure, a full lining, an internal patch pocket, an internal logo plaque, a wristlet strap and a crystal embellished circular brooch detail.

We currently have no details about Kate’s shoes earrings due to limited, low resolution photographs from the event.

After 2 years, I managed to find slightly better pics of Duchess earrings. These are UFO, and are huge.

    • Thanks for letting me know, I’m RUBBISH at spelling it. Kept spelling it wrong earlier too!

      • ; ) No problem!! We are glad to help you !!! 🙂 You know that the cluth is already sol out!! so incrdeible!! so Kate fashion effect :)))

        • Wow that was quick. I found the silver one on House of Fraser if anyone wants that instead (just as pretty!). I put a link to it above.

  3. I am a real fan of almost everything Kate wears, but it is just me or is this dress too long on her?

  4. I don’t care for this dress. It reminds me of a dressing gown!

  5. Kate’s face and hair are stunning but the dress is not. This is the wrong cut for her.

  6. I am intrigued by Catherine’s accessory choices. I notice that she usually matches her purse and her shoes (same color). Here in the US that has of late been considered a faux-pas because the powers that be in fashion claim it is too matchy-matchy. I personally like a purse and shoes that match. I hope Catherine (re)starts the trend!

  7. I definitely think this dress is a little too long, however I think it compliments her style with the wrap around and the neckline. I do love the red color on her!
