Kate attends Royal Ascot for the first time wearing Dolce & Gabbana white lace dress

This afternoon, Kate made her long-awaited debut at Royal Ascot: She attended with husband William.  The palace kept their attendance quiet right until the last minute. Royal Correspondent Emily Andrews announced the surprise yesterday evening via Twitter.  Royal fans predicted the couple would make an appearance to mark the Queen's 90th birthday. After visiting the U.S. Embassy this morning, William and Kate flew over to Belfast for a Garden Party hosted by the Secretary of State, Theresa Villers. On June 13th, Kate joined other members of Royal Family at the annual Order of the Garter ceremony: This is the fifth time Kate has attended the event. On Saturday June 12th, Kate attended her sixth Trooping the Colour parade. (She has attended every year since marrying Prince William). The annual military parade marks the Queen’s official birthday, and over 1,400 officers, 200 horses and 400 musicians take part. The event is held on Horse Guards Parade in London in June each year. Kate attends the National Service of Thanksgiving in celebration of the Queen’s 90th birthday

On June 10th 2016, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined 50 other members of the Royal Family at St. Paul’s Cathedral. The cathedral hosted a National Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday. The Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby led the service.  A number of senior politicians, diplomats and governors-general from Commonwealth countries were in attendance too. Kate stars on Vogue’s 100th birthday cover

This evening, Kensington Palace announced that Kate will star on the cover of Vogue magazine's June issue: The photographs were a collaboration between The National Portrait Gallery and Vogue to celebrate the magazine's 100th birthday.  Kensington Palace say that Vogue has been a "leading champion of British portraiture since 1916". Kate wears blue & white embroidered dress for Taj Mahal visit

William and Kate arrived back in India today after spending a few days in Bhutan.  There was no arrival ceremony on the tarmac at Agra.  Instead, the couple went for lunch at the Oberoi hotel. At approximately 3.40pm local time, the couple arrived at the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum built in the 1600s. On the final day of the Royal Tour, William and Kate departed from Paro Aiport in Bhutan before travelling to Agra in India, to visit the Taj Mahal. To leave the beautiful mountain kingdom, Kate wore her Broderie Anglaise suit by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. On day six of the Royal Tour of India and Bhutan, William and Kate spent the morning trekking up to the “Tiger’s Nest” monastery in the Himalayan mountains.  After, the couple headed back to Thimpu for a reception at the Taj Tashi hotel (yes, it is owned by the same chain as the Taj Mahal Palace hotel the couple stayed in during their visit to Mumbai, if you wondered!) After landing in Bhutan, William and Kate travelled to the Thimphu Dzong (a Buddhist temple) and were received by King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and his wife, Queen Jetsun Pema.
