Kensington Palace has confirmed that William and Kate will spend their 14th wedding anniversary on the beautiful Isle of Mull.

The couple, who met at university in Scotland, will carry out a series of engagements during the overnight visit, designed to“celebrate and connect with rural island communities.”
Here’s the couple’s itinerary via the Telegraph:
Tuesday, 29th April — the day of their anniversary — William and Kate will travel to Tobermory to tour a community hub and artisan market where they’ll meet creators and makers. At the market, the pair will sample some of the island’s produce. Next, they’ll head to Croft 3, a working croft and restaurant. Here, the couple will help pick fresh produce and hear first-hand about local farming and hospitality.
Wednesday, 30th April – The second day’s visit will take place in the ancient woodland of Ardura and will focus on the natural environment. William and Kate will explore the woodland and meet with rangers and group of schoolchildren engaged in outdoor learning. The forest of Ardura is one of the most remote corners of the British Isles.

In a press release ahead of the visit, the Palace shared that the couple are looking forward to “spending time with members of the local community, reflecting on the power of social connection and the importance of protecting and championing the natural environment” — two causes close to their hearts.
The trip also echoes Kate’s recent tribute to “Mother Nature,” shared on British Mother’s Day last month.
