Tonight Kate attended the Queen’s Jubilee Concert along with a number of prominent members of the Royal Family, including Prince Charles, The Duchess of Cornwall, Princes Harry and William, plus Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. The Queen joined in with the festivities later in the evening.
The concert was an exciting electric mix with music from not only a multitude of genres, but different eras too. Acts performing included, Jessie J, JLS, Will.i.am, Cheryl Cole, Gary Barlow, Shirley Bassey, Cliff Richard, Sir Elton John, Sir Tom Jones, Stevie Wonder, Madness, Sir Paul McCartney, the Military Wives Choir and many more!
Kylie with Sir Elton John and Rolf Harris – all looking very flamboyant!
The festivities included lots of pyrotechnics, fireworks and light shows on the side of Buckingham Palace:

Kate’s outfit:
Kate’s media liaison gurus released the information about her outfit pretty speedily, however they wrongly informed us that Kate was wearing an Alice Temperley Sheerling Jacket over a blue, white and purple dress by Whistles. They later corrected the information and told the media that her jacket was in fact designed by Alexander McQueen.
Here we get a slight glimpse at Kate’s dress as she sits in the crowd:
The style of Kate’s Whistles dress is the “Bella” and the colourway is “multi-petals.” The dress was from an earlier collection and is sold out online (however, as you’ll see below, the same dress is still available in different colours/prints).
ASOS used to stock the dress, describing it as “crafted in a silk-rich fabric with a petal print design. Featuring a round neckline with a bound edge, cropped sleeves, gathering to the waist and an exposed gold-tone zip fastening to the reverse. Designed in a form-fitting style.”
Here’s a closer look at Kate in the dress and blazer/jacket courtesy of Grazia:
Those who like the flattering shape of the dress will be pleased to know that it can still be bought in several other colourways. The orange Bella dress is from Asos and a “Leopard” print from Whistles:
