Kate Middleton owns the Prada Poppy Print Silk Crepe Dress in Green.
We spotted the Princess of Wales wearing the pretty green midi dress in 2017. She accompanied Princes William and Harry on a visit to Princess Diana’s memory garden at Kensington Palace.
The dress’s poppy print subtly symbolised remembrance and consolation, resonating with the occasion’s sentiment.
The Princess hasn’t worn the dress again to date—but I’m almost certain we’ll see it again. It’s very much in line with her current aesthetic—particularly, the modest design and mid-length skirt. I think it’d work at the Chelsea Flower Show in particular. Perhaps the Princess will wear the frock to a spring wedding?
About the green Prada dress:
This dress exudes an air of vintage charm with its elegant necktie and vibrant green hue punctuated by delicate floral motifs. The high neck design, cinched waist, and pleated skirt create an effortlessly chic silhouette, while the full-length sleeves and smocked waistband complete the ensemble.
The green and orange hues bring a vibrant yet harmonious contrast, making it a versatile piece for both daytime and evening engagements
Where to buy:
Sadly, Prada no longer manufacture the green poppy print dress.
