On the 19th of September 2019, the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) visited Evelina London’s Sunshine House in Peckham, London to learn more about the Family Nurse Partnership. For the visit, Kate wore a polka dot shirt by French brand, Equipment.
Here’s everything we know about the spotty shirt.
About Kate’s polka dot shirt:
The shirt features two double chest pockets, a button-down front, a spread collar, long sleeves, button cuffs, a back yoke with box pleat and a shirttail hem.
Equipment crafted the shirt from 100% silk fabric dyed in a shade they call ’Eclipse’. The colour appears to be somewhere between black and midnight blue depending on the lighting. It features small polka dots in a brilliant shade of white.
How Kate styled the blouse:
Equipment is known for its iconic silk shirts and cashmere sweaters. The company has roots in Paris, which is reflected in the brand’s effortlessly chic style and sophisticated French aesthetic.
