I sometimes take images from the official Kensington Palace Twitter account or the social media accounts for charities Kate supports. I might also use images that I believe are subject to Crown copyright or are distributed to promote tourism (for example, during a foreign tour). I try not to say an item is exactly the the same as Kate’s without reasonable investigation, or without confirmation from elsewhere (like another news source). I take no responsibility if you buy something that I mistakenly say was worn by Kate, then later we find a new ID. I do try my hardest to get it right first time though!
