Kate to attend the launch of the America’s Cup

Duchess Kate will attend the launch of America’s Cup at the National Maritime Museum on June 10.  The NMM is located in Greenwich, London. Kate to attend Garden Party at Buckingham Palace

Trooping the Colour is also known as the annual Queen’s Birthday Parade.  The event is held on Horse Guards Parade in London in June each year. The pageant is an official celebration of the Queen’s birthday. The palace have not confirmed whether William and Kate will be taking part this year, but the couple have attended in previous years. Each year in June, the Royal Family take part in a procession and service at Windsor Castle for the Order of the Garter. The Order is the senior and oldest British Order of Chivalry, founded by Edward III in 1348. It has been confirmed that Kate will visit Bletchley Park on Wednesday 18 June. According to The Express, Duchess Kate and Prince William will be attending the ceremonial start for the Tour de France race at Harewood House in Yorkshire on the 5th July 2014. According to the Festival of Cycling website, the ceremonial start will take place at 11:50am (British time, obviously.)

Event to mark the centenary of the First World War

The Queen and Members of the Royal Family’s attendance at events to mark the centenary of the First World War on 4 August. HRH The Duke Cambridge, accompanied by HRH The Duchess of Cambridge, will attend a service of remembrance hosted by the Government of Belgium at Liege. TRHs will subsequently travel to St Symphorien Military Cemetery, a Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemetery in Mons, Belgium, for a UK commemorative event. Source.
